*: Although we try to be flexible, some limitations may apply. Same day installation is subject to stock availability and may not be available in all areas at all times. Same day service is limited to within our service area. To be eligible for same day installation you must complete your order, including payment of any deposit(s), by 10:30am on a regular business day. Additional fees apply for rush orders. If multiple lines are ordered, same day installation may be limited to the first line and additional lines may be installed on subsequent day(s). For equipment installation and any subsequent troubleshooting, you agree to provide access to a secure, enclosed location, protected from weather and the environment, with electrical power and readily accessible, adequate space that is no higher than 6ft from the ground for equipment installation, at a time of our choosing. You understand that some same day installations may need to be performed outside regular business hours and agree to provide access to our technicians at those hours, otherwise service installation may be delayed and/or additional fees may apply. If you require attended installation and fail to show up within 15 minutes of our technician arriving or if you cannot provide access to the installation location within 15 minutes of our technician arriving you may be charged a significant no-show fee and/or the full hourly rate, in 15 minute increments, for the time that you request that our technician wait past the initial 15 minutes for access to the installation/service location. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule and consider you a no-show if our technician has to wait more than an hour after the technician arrives. You agree not to hold us responsible for factors outside of our control, including delays due to weather, traffic, emergencies, issues related to your Internet service, etc.
